Your public profile, projects, comments, and other User Content are visible to other users. Your wallet address may be visible in connection with token transactions.
3.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
3.5 Business Transfers
In connection with a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

7.5 Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals as there is no industry standard for handling them.

Important: When you use token features, certain information becomes permanently public on the Solana blockchain:
- Your wallet address

- Token holdings
- Smart contract interactions
This data is immutable and cannot be deleted, modified, or restricted. By using these features, you acknowledge and accept this permanent public disclosure.
