Make More as a Creator on Spawned
Creator fees, holder rewards, and other ways to earn. How the money flows and how to maximize it.
How Creator Economics Work
As a creator on Spawned, you earn from multiple sources:
- Creator fee - Percentage of every trade
- Your token holdings - If you hold tokens, you get holder rewards too
- Transfer fees - Post-graduation, fees on every transfer
Creator Fee Details
When someone buys or sells your token, you earn a cut. The exact percentage is set at launch.
If your fee is 2% and $10,000 in volume happens:
$10,000 × 2% = $200 to you
Active tokens with high volume can generate significant passive income.
Maximizing Volume
More trading = more creator fees. How to increase volume:
Build something people use - Utility drives interest.
Keep shipping - New features create news cycles.
Engage community - Active communities trade more.
Marketing - More awareness = more participants.
Holding Your Own Token
You can hold tokens in your own project. Benefits:
- Earn holder rewards
- Show confidence to community
- Align with holders
Risks:
- Selling looks bad
- You're exposed to price swings
Post-Graduation Earnings
After your token graduates to Raydium:
- Transfer fees replace trading fees
- 1% of every transfer goes to fee recipients
- Still passive, just different mechanism
Tracking Earnings
Monitor your earnings through:
- Spawned dashboard (creator stats)
- On-chain analytics (wallet tracking)
- Weekly/monthly summaries
Tax Considerations
Earnings are likely taxable income. Keep records:
- Date of each earning
- Amount in SOL and USD value at time
- Type of earning (fee, reward)
Consult a tax professional. Crypto tax rules vary by country.
Reinvestment Strategy
What to do with earnings:
- Reinvest in development
- Hold in SOL or stablecoins
- Diversify into other assets
- Take some profits
Balance reinvestment with sustainability.
